Since your documents are verified, you are eligible for the first round counselling but for the completion of first round counselling, choice locking is necessary so that you can go to second round counseling with those choices. So if the first round counselling is incomplete, you cannot go for the second round. All the events have tentative dates you may keep an information of, to not to miss an update. Each state and private college have their own eligibility criteria and admission process except the government colleges which are run by a central body.So if you have received a brochure stating that the applicant cannot apply for two reservations at a time so you must adhere to it and make your decision likewise.I hope your query is solved.Good luck.

yaduincevi , From some research on internet I found that both colleges are good and mostly similar in all perspective but if we choose one from them then HBTU Kanpur is better than AKTU Lucknow because its placement faculty and infrastructure all the things are better then AKTU and highest salary was also 60 lakh.
