As per your marks mentioned your rank would somewhere range around 30001-50000.Since, you haven't mentioned your category so considering your general category I guess you may get some of the seats in colleges but you may have to compromise with the branches like cs, it etc.

If you don't have any required documents for counselling then Don't worry.
you should have try to arrange the documents from any govt e-sites or apply for that particular document
if you will apply for any particular document then u can get a payment/details recipt of that ongoing document .
