Aliah University, Kolkata offers UG and PG courses in various disciplines. The university conducts Aliah University Admission Test, AUAT for admission to various courses.

According to the university website, the information brochure for AUAT 2020 and online schedule for admission to BCA and other courses will be uploaded shortly here at https://aliah.ac.in/

At this point in time, the official website also doesn't show any tentative date for admissions to its Courses through its Entrance Examination. May be it might release an official notification after the lockdown period is completed. Neverthless, this is just a speculation and we need to hear from the University officially. Aliah University, Kolkata conducts its own exam named Aliash University Admission Test. The basic eligibility criteria is that, the candidate must passed 10+ 2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with min. 60% marks in PCM and min. 50% marks in the Mathematics subject.

The application will begin from 3rd week of May 2020 and will continue up to 3rd week of June 2020.

Aliah University also offers admission on the basis of WBjee rank.

Aliah University offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the the field of science, engineering, law, management etc.

But,It doesn't offer any medical courses, in case you're asking about MBBS in particular.

Admission to BTech is done via WBJEE scores and the university also conducts its own entrance regarding this named AUAT.

AUAT is conducted for admission to various UG, PG and integrated program.

According to the rules, you should atleast have a Ph.D degree in the concerned discipline and having a good academic record is important. You need to complete your Masters degree in relevant discipline with atleast 55% or equivalent grade in the point system. You should have a good quality publications. You should also have a minimum 8 years work experience of teaching and research in a position equal to Assistant Professor. If you have this criteria, and then there are vacancies, you can apply for the position of Assistant Professor.

The placement scenario in National Dairy Research Institute is pretty good because of the unique field of study and because the strength of the class is low. So the number of students you are competing with during the placement drives and interviews are very less. Companies like Mother Dairy, Amul, Heinz, GSK, etc, visit the campus regularly.

Hope you are doing well. As per your query the cut-off marks for Aliah University is yet to be released as it depends on the results of AUAT. The results for B.ed is to be declared till 30 July, 2019 and after that the cut-off will be release. Hope this helps you. Thank you.

see when it comes to the infrastructure and campus environment of the university it is huge. and labs have well defined technical apparatus. most of the faculties are phd from iits. so the education quality is also good. but from the previous years record there are not many good placements, most of the students are getting job from off campus.
