Yes,you can go for M.SC.As you even completed you under graduation you are eligible for post graduation.
There appeared a Gap in between but still you can go for it.There are even students to completed there post graduation even after 10 years.

Fee structure varies from college to college my friend, I can't really tell you the exact or even the very accurate amount because different institutions have different fees. So the fees of 3 years total are not greater than 3 lakh rupees. I think you should go to the college
