serial number is just an order in the list. it has nothing to do with your admission. however rank is what matters. your admission and allotment of different subjects will be based on this rank.

No you can't change the college. Since both the colleges belongs to the same group but education quality and placement of these colleges are different.

If you successfully alloted the AMU and your documents are verified. Then now you will be call for admission . After admission and registration you will alloted hostel then after your classess will start.

Yes you can pursue Diploma in Environmental Engineering. It has great job prospects. Government and private sector job opportunities are available in front of environmental engineers. NGOs are also known to recruit them. Other than core environmental engineering sector, diploma holders may also find work in allied sectors
