You cannot make the application fees for AIBE online. It can be paid only in offline more using SBI Bank challan at the nearest branch. You have to download the auto-generated bank challan of SBI Bank according to your Category and then visit the nearest SBI Branch atleast 24 hours

The eligibility criteria for All India Bar Examination requires you to have a degree in law which is LLB and also you dont need to be registered in a state bar council:

So as a general practice a law graduate who has enrolled under a state bar council can practice law without clearing AIBE for 2 years. You will have to appear for the AIBE exam after your registration with the state council and clear it within 2 years to continue
