Yes AIIMS and JIPMER are cancelled and merged with the NEET and from 2020 there will no separate exam for AIIMS or JIPMER but rather admission into them and various other medical colleges will be through the marks and rank of NEET.

Dear Anas, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, AIIMS does not release score in the form of  marks. Rather it releases score in the form of percentiles. In 2019, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 98.1246

OBC: 95.2939

SC: 90.203

ST; 90.203
