The above mentioned books are very good for the preparation. Most of the students prefers those books These are sufficient for your AIIMS preparation. One thing keep in mind that reading too much of book will not help you but reading a few book thoroughly will definitely help

Physical chemistry- op tandon and P bahadur.

Inorganic chemistry- j.d Lee.

As per your requirement, i would say that no, you dont require to do fresh or basic registration again.

The basic registration stays there. Whether you appear for this exam or not, the next time you register for final registration, you can use the same basic registration credentials. So

Aiims does not releases any cutoff marks also.

Aiims just releases the last rank which got MBBS category wise.

In 2018 it was UR rank 1299 who got MBBS last.

2019 Ranks havent been relased yet.
