According to aiims ug entrance exam eligibility criteria you should attain 17 years of age on or before  that years 31st December. 

And you will be able to complete age of 17 years to be eligible for giving aiims 2021.

You have scored more than 60% in aggregate four subjects then you are eligible for giving aiims entrance exam. According to aiims entrance exam eligibility criteria a student should have scored 60% in four main subjects aggregately to give aiims ug and having general or obc category. And

• No official announcement has been made by AIIMS or the NTA regarding the merging of AIIMS with NEET in 2020.
• So for now, admission into AIIMS can be taken only via the entrance test held by them and not NEET.
