Both exams have the same eligiblity you got it in a wrong way. In Both NEET and AIIMS you need to have minimum 50% in PCB and additional in AIIMS you must have overall 60% as well in 12th. Its the minimum eligiblity criteria and it all ready

You need to score Atleast 93.65% percentile as you said you belong to sc category to get admission in Delhi aiims. Dear students cut offs are really high and everybody is scoring good marks but scoring 95% + percentile will place you to the safer side.  I

For NEET you must have to score More then 50% in PCB overall for general and for SC/ST it's 4t%. As per your above mentioned score you have more then 50% in PCB so you are eligible for appearing in NEET and AIIMS as well. For AIIMS 50%

Yes, the birth certificate is one of the document needed for depositing to AIIMS which is necessary and it should be self attested copy of certificate from the board showing your date of birth (original).

For ex- 10th board result contains student's date of birth.
