You should definitely go for aiims because aiims is much better and too good college. You have scored 300+ this year that's a good score. You should try for neet and aiims next year too.

Aiims does not charge any sort of counselling fees specefically , however if you are visiting open counselling you will have to pay the fees of selected college immediately after the medical examination other than that there is no fees as for counselling submitted.

Yes, you can register yourself even after you didn't register for the AIIMS-MBBS-2019 Online Seat Allocation/ Counselling for the Mock Round but only if you are eligible according to Result Notification No. 79/2019.

You can register yourself  in the Exercising/Editing of choices (AIIMS) for 1st Round of Online

Yes ! you are eligible for neet 2020 and as well as AIIMS .
