It actually depends on which category you belong to. If you are from general then it seems to be hard to get admission but if you have category then you have very little chance.

AIIMS generally does not update the list of candidates. This is because in the list of candidates for the counselling the number of candidates called are almost thrice the number of seats required.So there is very less chance that the list would be updated.

Biology NCERT is a key to get success in medical exams. But in AIIMS exam you have to study more than NCERT to crack that exam.

So you should have additional knowledge along with NCERT.
