Yes you can apply for the aiims counselling..The admission will depend upon the availability of the seats and your rank according to it.. The results will be declared once the counselling is over and you will get an allotment letter.. Good luck.. Hope this helps..

The cut off is as follows for respective categories:
General category: 50 %
OBC -45%
SC and ST -40%
Seeing this you may qualify but the number of seats are very less ie 1200 in total, Which means only top 2-3 percentile can get the seat.

With your rank and category you do stand a chance of getting a seat in one of the AIIMS as per last years cutoff.
AIIMS Delhi would be difficult but you can get in one of the other aiims.
Last year the closing ranks were:
Aiims, Bhopal-1516
Aiims, Patna-2048
