It actually depends on which category you belong to. If you are from general then it seems to be hard to get admission but if you have category then you have very little chance.

AIIMS generally does not update the list of candidates. This is because in the list of candidates for the counselling the number of candidates called are almost thrice the number of seats required.So there is very less chance that the list would be updated.

Dear student, according to the previous year trends followed by closing ranks to get a seat in AIIMS Delhi, a candidate of SC category must have rank within the range 1000 to 1100 at most. In some years this requirement may go down or go up depending on the factors
