as per your query I would.like to tell you that minimum cutoff percentile required for general category is 50% ,for OBC category it is 45% ,for SC/ST it is 40% and for physically handicapped it is as per the category which means that your minimum cutoff percentage is 50%

Since AIIMS doesn't disclose the marks of the Examinees, it's quite difficult to predict the score which can be considered safe.
However, as per the views of quite a many toppers and various examinees of AIIMS we do sometimes get a chance to predict the rough score.

For MBBS seat in AIIMS, one needs to score 93.6505421 percentile accroding to 2018 cutoff for St category students. The qualifying rank was 24151.
