Its better to carry both the documents to the exam centre. The 12 boards admit card and the document having your 11 board ID number.
1- Go on the AIIMS, Examination Section’s official website aiimsexams.org 2- Search for a tab reading AIIMS 2019 Admit Card 3- Click on it AIIMS Admit Card 2019 4- Enter your registration ID, password and captcha code 5- Click submit button 6- The AIIMS Admit Card 2019 will be shown

Sorry there are no other ways you will get the admit card as of now. The window has already closed way back.

Without the rank details of AIIMS 2019 we can't predict your possibiity of getting a seat. But based on the lst rank details of previous years, if you get a rank in a range of 1 to 700 then there is a sure chance for general category. In
Did they released admit card already? I don't see any notifications or link from their website aiimsexams.org .. Where did you find the link? May be you are trying to login to registration page.
