I would better recommend you to take test series from a reputed coaching institute like Allen, Aakash, Resonance etc because post 2014-15 AIIMS conducts exams online and the questions are not released in public domain. So, it’s the students collective memory of questions which is gathered and hence authenticity issues
I along with all AIIMSonians sincerely believe and say to aspirants that it’s not a month or days work, you need almost a year fro proper preparation. But there are exceptions and you may be one so need not worry. What one should understand is AIIMS always focuses on concept

The minimum marks required to score in JIPMER 2019 entrance exam, in order to qualify and participate in the counselling procedure is the cut off. Cut off for JIPMER 2019 is 50 percentile for unreserved, OCI, NRI candidates. Cut off score is 45 percentile for unreserved OPH candidates.

The scholarship exams like NTSE, KVPY are completely different from the AIIMS or any other medical entrance exam. Preparation of either might help you in appearing for the other exams. Otherwise, both are independent exams.
