You should clear the concept of any topic.Any book provides you practice and some concept.If anybody completes MS Chauhan or OP Tondon that doesn't mean that they clear AIIMS.Just focus on concept,and believe yourself.

It won't affect much but you should have been careful while marking on the omr sheet .But still ,your roll no is assigned with a specific barcode on the omr sheet ,so the invigilator would rectify it once the paper was submitted because he/she crosschecks after examination.
