For AIIMs mds exam first of all you have to clear your BDS then only you can give exam for mds because mds is for master's so first you have to clear your bachelor's.

As of now there is no notice about the extenstion of date for registration. This was the first time that 2 step registration process was introduced so we have no experience of past years about this. But yes it was seen for basic registration that there were some extensions

It was very clearly mentioned by the authorities that no message or mail in any regard would be sent to any candidate.
Candidates were expected to stay in touch with the official website to keep themselves updated.
The final registration process had started along back and ended on 12th

The last to fill the final registration form is over on 12 march ,2019. There is also no news of extension of form. So, you can't fill the form now. You may contact the AIIMS email id and called them for refund. You may apply for JIPMER MBBS form .It

Sorry, There is no news of extension of AIIMS final registration form. It is closed on 12 march ,2019. So, you can't apply for this form. You may apply JIPMER for MBBS , it is available now.

Generation of Code: Candidates whose basic registration has been successfully completed must apply for the generation of code in the second stage of the AIIMS Nursing application process 2019. Code generation will be available from March 14 to 25, 2019.

Physics books you must go for AIIMS MBBS to score minimum 50 marks is Physics books for Class 11 and 12 - NCERT

If you are studying your 12th from NIOS, your option should be NIOS. If that option is not there, you should select 'Others'. You cannot select CBSE. Now the whole registration process for AIIMS is closed and you cannot make any more changes to your application.
