It is unfortunate that you made such a mistake in an important form. The best you can do is contact the admissions committee and find out if there is any way for you to undo your mistake. I am providing you with their contact details as stated below:

as this march you will give the final examination of 12th board. so your exam status will be appearing
or in case someone already given the board examination then his or her exam status will be appeared in the application form.
