For any exam, one is considered as "appeared", only if you sit for the exam. In your case, since you only filled the form and did not sit for it, so you have to say 'no' for having appeared for aiims.

No I suggest you to kindly wait for some to get the site updated. After waiting for 2-3 days if site show show"not able to proceed" they call the helpline number given at AIIMS site.

Sorry to say, but there is no other option available. You cannot give the AIIMS this year. You may try for it next year.

It might possible you have refresh the payment processing page. I suggest you to go to AIIMS site login again and then click on help. Type your query and you will get token number. It is fastest way in which your problem will be resolved.
