You can only make payment if your basic registration has been accepted. Then you move to final registration. You generate a code and then make a payment.

Hi Saniya, if you are taking about AIIMS exam then yes. This exam will include 11 class PCB in CBSE pattern in syllabus. This exam will include both 11 and 12 th syllabus.
