these exams will expect you to be passed in board examination with some percentage of aggregate marks with respect to their eligibility criteriae.they wont consider the fail and reappering in the exams.so dont take it as a issue.to check the eligibility od these exams,please refer below links.

As per the official there is no maximum age limit to apply for AIIMS Entrance Exam. You should have minimum aggregate of the marks 60% in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology obtained in the qualifying examination as a General category. You can check the other eligibility to apply for AIIMS
