Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply with PCB & English subjects. General category applicants must have secured a minimum aggregate score of 60% in the qualifying exam (50% for SC/ST/OPH). Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2019.

According to the latest updates, students from open schools or non attending schools can write the AIIMS examination. 

Not only that, to be able to write AIIMS you must fulfil the whole eligibility criteria.

Unfortunately you can't be able to do the MBBS after your bachelor's degree because MBBS itself is a bachelor degree in the field of Medical Science which will intake the students via NEET all India entrance examination in the Government Medical Institutes.

Dear Ritika, AIIMS has its own entrance examination for MBBS. You need to appear for their entrance examination and if you clear the examination, you will get into AIIMS. However to get into Sadadurjung or CMC, you need to write NEET exam. As BHMS doesn't have Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology
