The eligibility criteria for writing AIIMS exam is that students should qualify 10+2 with subjects physics, chemistry, biology and english as main subjects. And minimum score of 50% to 60% is required in 12th board. Since you did not opt for biology than you cannot appear for this

as you know that cut-off marks vary year to year so it will be difficult to provide you the exact marks but if you  belong to a general category and if you are aiming for aiims delhi then you should score above 140 marks to secure a seat.i
