its depends upon the cut offs and the students taking admission this year, it may be possible that the top most rankers may have taken seats through neet and left the aiims coz they were not getting the seat in top most aiims.

Its totally depends on the colleges to colleges. Top Colleges(NIFT) usually conduct entrance exam for admission while private college will give you admission on the basis of your marks.

The AIIMS of delhi has announce the obc resveration of 27% in this year and i hope they won't reapt the same thing which they have done in last year. And the cut off will be 50% percentile.

And they make sure they don't do this again.
