Becuz age criteria for neet UG is 23 so you are not eligible for neet UG...

As per my knowledge, GH Raisoni college is way much better than Radhikatai institute.
GH Raisoni is a very hood college and has got rating of 3.8 out of 5. It also have better placements, experienced faculties and great college life.
