You may get AIIMS Patna,Raipur in first counselling. Nagpur and Guntur for sure.

In successive counsellings, you can go for a better AIIMS.

If we go by the previous year data, the chances of obtaining admission to any of the AIIMS Institute are very less with the rank of 25,300. However, do apply for the counselling process and hope for the best.

Maybe the ranks will not get so high. I guess it will finish witin 2000.

However, no one can say it for sure as it will be the first time. I think you can attend all the counsellings and wait till the open one.
