There are 3 rounds of counselling for AIIMS this year. Yes, you have to register online, fill in the choices for the institution of your preference and sit for mock allocation. 

The final seat allocation is done after choice-shuffling.

Everyone has different timetables for preparation of entrance exams. The timetable that you follow should depend upon a couple of things - 

1. Which subjects/topics you find difficult to understand

2. Which subject/topic takes up more time

3. What is the priority and importance of the topic/subject

Try other state colleges.

BAMS is Very tough to understand and study.Its totally different from other medical fields. They need to study both allopathic topics as well as Ayurvedic portions which is described with Sanskrit language. Think twice before entering the field
