In order to get admission in AIIMS Delhi you should meet the required cutoff in AIIMS Entrance Exam. The admission is purly based on the exam score only.

The aims rank cannot be ascessed through marks,it is based on percentile.But by looking previous year marks vs rank figures in aims mbbs ,you can get rank below 400 with marks between 130 - 150.With this rank you can get aims patna,aims rishikesh,aims raipur and aims bhubaneswar.
