AIIMS delhi would release its cutoff lists in june by the start to the mid of the month and since you are from unreserved category, you must first check the percentile and that you must have a qualifying cut off of 50% and merit of 99%.

Marks are not correct parameters to judge as they change every year, every shift. Rank and Percentile are better parameters as they are stable.
You need above 99 percentile to get admission in Jipmer and above 97 percentile for AIIMS( considering Nagpur and Guntur )
The syllabus for aiims and neet is more or less same. Its just that in aiims there are questions general knowledge as well
