There is nothing called qualifying marks in aiims and it doesn't even publish marks vs ranks ,but the eligibility is you have to score minimum 50 percentile to be eligible for counselling. To get an admission, 60-70 percent score is always desirable .

You should write (and pass) +1 and +2 from CBSE board or equivalent state board. Then you can apply for AIIMS and write the exam.
