There is nothing called qualifying marks in aiims and it doesn't even publish marks vs ranks ,but the eligibility is you have to score minimum 50 percentile to be eligible for counselling. To get an admission, 60-70 percent score is always desirable .

You should write (and pass) +1 and +2 from CBSE board or equivalent state board. Then you can apply for AIIMS and write the exam.
Yes. Centres will be present in Tamil Nadu.
No dress code .....but regulations upon accessories...... Try to avoid them all ....like belt,bangle,hair clip,chain,ring.,..Also no paper ,calculator ,board.,scale,even pen.take only the admit .
For general category, you need 100+ marks to qualify and 120+ marks to get seat.

There is no need for you to carry a pen to the centre on AIIMS Examination as you will be provided with a pen in the examination hall. Do go with your admit card and following all the dress code guidelines
