Hello, As per your query i would like to tell you for getting admission in AIIMS institute only AllMS entrance exam is required. NEET is for all other medical college in india.

If you have 60% aggregate in PCBE then you can write AIIMS.

1.MAKE NCERT(physics,chemistry and biology) THOROUGH INCLUDING EXERCISE & EXAMPLES OF CLASS 11 &12.
2.SOLVE PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTIONS, I SUGGEST (MTG AIIMS EXPLORER) A GOOD BOOK FOR U.
3.PRACTICE GK AND LOGIC AS WELL.
