Any one whose rank is below 1,700 can easily get seat in aiims we can't predict about marks but i can say if you score 110+  then ur rank will be belowor either 1,740

You should start your preparation through NCERT books to clear your concepts and to make your fundamentals strong as sylalbus is based on NCERT books. 

After, completing NCERT books you can refer below recommended books as well

The minimum marks to qualify AIIMS MBBS 2018 depends on the result of the entrance exam. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates are required to score 40% in the exam if belonging to SC/ST category.
