To enter details of qualification in Step 4 of AIIMS MBBS 2018 application form, in the state, you have to select the state (from which you passed Class 12) from the drop-down list.
In the option of 'Select Board Name', there are three options in drop-down list, namely

Can you please tell me you have IPUCET exam for which course?
For medical there will be only three entrance exams- NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER and colleges under IPU will take admission through NEET only.
If you are born on or before 1st Jan 2002 then you are eligible for NEET 2018.
As per the official CBSE, ICSE & all other board can apply for AIIMS Entrance exam.
