Hello Ayantika ,

About the syllabus part its almost same for both AIIMS and NEET but general knowledge and aptitude and logical thinking are also included in AIIMS.

Apart from this, pattern of question paper also differ like in AIIMS there are 200 questions out of which 60 questions each
