There is as such no sectional cutoff in NEET/AIIMS. Though you should focus on overall and sectional cutoff as well.

how aiims counsellor will call selected candidates?individual letter?

The selected candidates are not called as such. you will have to be in touch with the official site. Once the cutoff are released. You will have to apply for counselling and thus they shall guide you with further admission process and fees.
