Aiims only provided list of members who are eligible for 1st councelling. You can visit the home page, aiimsexams.org and the rank wise and roll no. Wise list is provided, only who are eligible for 1st councelling though.

You have good score in the exam but there is less chance for getting AIIMS Delhi as a general category. You can check the best priority at counselling with AIIMS college predictor tool.
