Firstly, Be thorough with NCERT (Physics, Chemistry and especially, Biology) books of 11and 12 standard, Solve previous year questions papers, Focus on important areas like-

Physics- Mechanics, Optics, Thermodynamics and Nuclear physics.

Chemistry- Mole concept, General organic chemistry, Periodic table, Chemical bonding, Coordination chemistry.

I don't think so, only difference is exposure, faculty and placement, but you are good in subject and have good skill to application of knowledge, then it makes no difference from where you are passed out, you can see many examples that Drs from colleges other than AIIMS are better

Your overall score will be counted as there is no such criteria in AIIMS MBBS exam.
