Here is a list of a few important topics that will help you to prepare for AIIMS

Biology: Systematics, Genetics, Cells, Ecology and Human Health & Diseases are especially important.

Chemistry: General Organic Chemistry (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT), Hydrocarbons, Equilibria, Bonding etc. Also, be very thorough with reactions of p-block elements.

Hi, Yes there is age criteria.
Here is it:

I. Candidates applying for AIIMS MBBS 2017 entrance examination should have completed a minimum of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2017.
II. Moreover, those born on or after January 2, 2001 will not be considered eligible to apply

NEET: Overall cutoff range-
678-118- 40th Percentile

Hi, there are only major 3 exams you can apply in namely NEET, JIPMER, and AIIMS. Rest there are no exams for medical colleges.
You can apply in JIPMER, forms were out on 27th March and are till May 3rd.
