    Yes, you have chances to get a seat in Sastra university but there are less chances in CSE branch you can get other branches.

    You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state

    If u go through aiims prospectus u find the info that u r allowed to do all rough work on the back of admit card only
    But you need not to worry because aiims ques are not so lengthy that u would need to do lots of rough work...
