Hi, To get admission in AIIMS Delhi, from ST category, you can aim 130 plus marks. Good Luck.
It is very difficult to predict cut off marks for AIIMS admission. Based on previous years, Cut off rank for SC category to get admission in AIIMS, Delhi would be around 1000. You should try to get mor than 150 makrs out 200 in AIIMS. Good Luck.
