Anand, AIIMS PG final registration dates have been revised and so you have time until April 4th. But with the National lockdown it is highly unlikely that the DCI will send you the registration details. In such cases even a Provisional registration will work. You cannot make corrections to your Category during the Correction window, Ankit. That is the reason why you are not able to change the Category field. Unfortunately, you may to apply through General Category only. Neverthless, please write to the helpdesk once at: aiims.pgexams@gmail.com

Well I would like to tell you that once the registration is complete then after that no change is accepted or allowed to be done on the portal. So, if you missed mentioning your category then I do not think you will be able to correct it now. Email the authorities once and ask them about the same and maybe they may help you a bit.

Since this epidemic has caused delays and postponded many of the exams so we actually cannot predict what will be going to happen.

If there will be any change in exams dates then it will be notified on the official website.

So I would recommend you to keep a check on the website for the latest updates.

You need not to worry as it may occur due to some technical issues.

Try it again after some time, even if it doesn't work then the wise step one could take regarding this case is to drop the mail to the concerning authority, keep the note of the response of the mail to avoid any future discrepancy.

If your have done your basic registration before then you don't need to do it again as the basic registration exists for lifetime. If you want to correct any details in the basic registration then you can do it. The correction window of AIIMS PG 2020 basic registration was available on March 9. After basic registration is done, you have to do the final registration by generating Unique Code and complete the other requirements.
