AIIMS accepts foreign university degrees and internship only if the degree and internship is recognised by Medical Council of India. Under Schedule 2 of MCI, it recognises foreign degrees and university. If yours is there in the list, then you are eligible.
In AIIMS 2018 Counselling, the last rank for general category for Dermatology was 140 and got AIIMS Rishikesh. So within 100-110 is the safe upper limit you can assume. This varies highly year wise and may close within 100 also in some years.
Dear Pritham, you should have passed your MBBS and completed your 1 year Mandatory Internship before you join PG either it is AIIMS or any NEET PG. So even if you have completed MBBS in supplementary but are able to complete the Internship before the stipulated time, you are good
