The cut off for admission in AIIMS for the MDS course in the previous year for the Unreserved category was a rank of 56 and a percentile of  99.129. Considering this your sister seems to have a fair chance of getting admission for the MDS course.

With a category rank of 63, you can get a clinical branch through counselling.

Except Radiology and Pediatrics, you can get all of the remaining branches in one or the other colleges.

You have good rank but the cutoff for general category candidate is about 1300 only. Sorry to say but you can not secure your seat this year.
