yeah actuallly ur eligible for the AIMS but the thing is that when they make the notifications are updated then only u can go futher untill that u should wait for notifications

As per rule book you are not eligible 

you can talk with your sir and can change the date in internship to 30 instead to 31

but this may not be matter you can talk with executive.
