Hello aspirant,sastra is  a deemed university whereas ece is a Andhra university is a state university.Both the colleges are ranked A by Naac.And the Fees for Andhra University is much much less than Sastra.And hence if you wish to join based on fee Andhra University is prefferable.

Congratulations on good score. The counselling of aueet will tentatively  start June. The process will take it's form in first week. Securing a seat in Andhra university depends on the cut offs and quotas applicable. A. U doesn't usually show it's cut off but release the merit list
