According to me the value of certifactes is same,be it the student studying in andhra university through eamcet exam or through aueet exam.There is no difference ,except the name of the exam.

Andhra University, established in 1926, is one of the oldest institutes in India for Higher Education and the first residential and teaching-cum-affiliating University in India. The University runs as many as 313 courses in Arts, Science and Technology, Commerce, Engineering, Management, Law, Pharmacy and Education.
The admission process to the UG programs generally starts in the month of April every year. The admission to PG programs is conducted from March onwards. The selection criteria for admission to the programs ranges from marks scored in qualifying examination to performance in state-level or university-level entrance examinations.
The University conducts AUCET for admission to a majority of PG programs offered at its departments. Admission to Integrated B.Tech.+M.Tech. and other B.Tech. programs, the University takes admission through AUEET. Some of the other examinations through which the University takes admission are APICET for MBA and MCA courses, AP LAWCET for admission to Law courses, and AURCET for Research courses.
The University follows the reservation Policy as laid down by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The University has 85% of seats reserved for local candidates. The University also has 33.33% of total seats available reserved for women candidates.

I think you can get seat in andhra university by aueet exam.As a au student ,i suggest you to go for 2nd and 3rd counsellings.Try to get seat in cse department .It is the best department if you go through the aueet exam.I even suggest you to go through the eamcet counsellings ,if you rank is less tham 25000.
