The admission notification for LLM course is likely to be released in the 4th week of July, 2021 for 3 year LLB course it is in the 4th week of June 2021 and for Integrated LLB it is in the 3rd week of June 2021. You have not mentioned the name of the exam regarding which you are enquiring. Based on the information available in your profile it is understood that you belong to Telangana if you are enquiring about TS LAWCET 2021 the eligibility criteria to appear for TS LAWCET 2021 is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in 10+2+3 pattern with minimum 45% aggregate marks if you belong to general category and 40% aggregate marks if you belong to SC/ST category from a recognized board. So one cannot appear for TS LAWCET if you haven't studied 10+2.

The eligibility criteria to appear for TS LAWCET 2021 to get admission to 3 year LLB course is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in 10+2+3 pattern with minimum 45% aggregate marks if you belong to general category, if you belong to SC/ST with minimum 40% aggregate marks from a recognized board. So it is mandatory that you must pass in 10+2 from a recognized board. you have to study 10+2 through open schooling or in regular mode. Post Graduation is not equivalent to 10+2 level so you have to study 10+2 through open schooling or regular mode then you can appear for TS LAWCET 2021.

As you mentioned that your son has completed the undergraduation degree in B.com (//B.com) by DR. BR ambedkar open university, then as per the eligibility criteria for LLB your son is eligibile. Candidates aspiring for a law degree must have passed graduation from a recognized institute in any discipline. And they must have atleast 50% in the bachelor's degree ( varies from college to college). Well your degree is considered valid since the time you registered yourself in that college. Which means if you started your program in 2010 then even if the college lost its validity after 2014, yours will be valid and acceptance cause you took before that. But all the students who took admission after 2014 won't have a valid degree recognised by bar council of India.
