what are Bsc courses available in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar medical college banglure

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but Dr. BR Ambedkar Medical College (BRAMC), Bangalore doesn't offer any BSc courses

It offers following courses only:-

  • MBBS
  • DIPLOMA
  • Ms
  • MD


  • It is a college under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore
  • It was established in July 1981
  • It is a private medical college

i am 17 years old, can i get admission in foreign universities?

Yes, you can get admission in any of the undergraduate courses offered in foreign universities. However, in order to get admissions abroad you will need to appear foe certain standardised international examinations like American College Testing (ACT) or SAT and Test of English as a Foriegn Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS).


About ACT:

  • It is pen and paper test whose scores are required by multiple universities in order to check whether you eligible for admissions. The test is administered by ACT Inc.
  • It basically measures the readiness of high school students for college and gives colleges a common means of comparison between the student who apply.
  • The examinations comprises of English, mathematics, reading, science and an optional writing section. 
  • The maximum score of the test is 36 and the average score is 21.
  • It is suggested that you take the ACT at the end of your 11th grade or the beginning of your 12th grade so that you have enough chances to improve your score if necessary.
  • ACT scores are valid for 5 years.


About SAT:

  • SAT is a standardized admission test run by a non-profit organisation called College Board in USA. SAT is believed to be an effective measure of intellectual capabilities and potential.
  • SAT is a standardized test which shows schools your readiness for college by testing you in areas of reading comprehensions, computational capabilities and expressional clarity.
  • Most of the colleges in USA, New Zealand, UK, Canada and Australia widely accept SAT scores in order to get admissions in undergraduate courses.
  • The SAT has 10 sections - first is an essay, then two reading, two math, one writing and one experimental section all these are of 25 minutes each, this is then followed by a 20 minutes reading section, a 20 minutes math sections, and a 10 minute writing section.
  • The SAT score is given between the range of 400 to 1600. The average score falls somewhere around 1000, however to get one of the top universities you will need to get a score above 1300.
  • The best time to take the SAT is in your 11th grade or the start of your 12th grade. This will give you enough time to improve your score. 
  • This score is valid for 5 years. 


About TOEFL iBT:

  • The TOEFL iBT test is preferred in colleges in USA, France, Germany, Australia and Canada.
  • TOEFL iBT is a four hour computerised examination testing you in four sections, namely reading, listening, speaking and writing.
  • Each section is of one hour each. Each section is of 30 marks. The TOEFL result which you will you get will score you out of 120.


About IELTS:

  • IELTS is an examination taken by students who plan on studying in countries where the predominantly spoken language is English.
  • IELTS comprises of four sections namely reading, listening, writing and speaking. 
  • It is accepted in USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia.
  • It score the candidate on scale from 1 to 9.
